"Jachung Travel" is a trademark of the company Jachung Travel LLC in the United States and other countries. Jachung Travel's trademark may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Jachung Travel's and/or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers.

Privacy Policy
Any information you provide to Jachung Travel will not be made public, nor will it be given or sold to any outside parties. It will be used exclusively by our company and its affiliates for the purposes of arranging your trip.

Liability Terms and Conditions
Jachung Travel assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury, to any extent, to person or property arising from the negligent or willful act or failure to act of any person who provides goods or services for the tours. Neither will Jachung Travel be held liable for the action or inaction of any other third party or for the failure of any equipment or vehicle used during the tour.

Delays and Cancellations
Jachung Travel also assumes no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, additional expenses, or loss of any kind due to circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, health conditions that may afflict our clients, acts of terrorism, quarantine, and acts of God).

Itinerary Alterations
Jachung Travel reserves the right to alter the itinerary for any reason that may arise if we deem it necessary for carrying out the tour.

Accommodation Changes
Due to the nature of the way hotels are booked and confirmed in Bhutan, our guests may not get their first choice of hotel. It's also possible that they will be booked in a hotel that differs from what is stated in the itinerary. Bhutanese hotels accept reservations on an ongoing basis but often give confirmation of vacancy or non-vacancy only at the last minute, especially during the peak season. And sometimes if a big group makes a booking at the last minute, hotels have even been known to cancel confirmed reservations for other guests. Jachung Travel will not be held responsible for these unforeseen occurrences. Hotels are regulated in Bhutan, so if a requested hotel is not available or a client is booked in a hotel not on the itinerary, the hotel will be of the highest standard and will be comparable to what was expected.

Travel Insurance
Jachung Travel does not provide insurance coverage for your trip. If you wish to obtain travel insurance, you will need to do so independently.
